Section 1. Subject of the Terms
These Terms (“the Terms”) determine the order and conditions for conducting the promotional campaign “BMW Fragrances Wheel of Prizes” (“the Promotion,” “the Game”) and regulate the relationship between the Organizer and the individuals participating in the Game.
Section 2. Organizer
2.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is “Marena 7” EOOD, UIC: 202888249, with registered office and management address: Sofia, j.k. Durvenitsa, bl. 49, ap. 34 (“the Organizer”).
Section 3. Duration and Territory of the Promotion. Communication.
3.1. The Promotion will take place from 26.09.2025 to 28.09.2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
3.2. The Promotion will be held at Paradise Center shopping mall, Sofia, in front of Lilly store.
3.3. The Organizer informs the consumers about the Terms through publication on the Organizer’s official website, through communication on social media, and via on-site materials.
Section 4. Participant Requirements
4.1. The Promotion is open to individuals, who are at least 18 years old and who fulfill the participation conditions described in Section 5 of these Terms.
4.2. Employees under labor or civil contracts with the Organizer or with Lilly Drogerie, as well as their related parties, are NOT allowed to participate.
Section 5. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion
5.1. Any person meeting the requirements of Section 4 may participate in the Promotion by fulfilling one of the following conditions:
• Purchase of a perfume from Lilly store at Paradise Center worth at least BGN 50 gives you the right to ONE SPIN of the prize wheel.
• Purchase of a BMW or Furla perfume gives the right to TWO SPINS (double chance).
• Participation without purchase: posting a story or a post on social media from the activation area, tagging the official accounts: Instagram @marena7.official and @lillydrogerie.bg or Facebook: @marena7.bg and @LillyDrogerieBG. This gives the right to one spin and a guaranteed small prize.
5.2. Each participant may receive a maximum of 3 vouchers per day: up to 2 from BMW/ Furla product purchases and 1 from social media sharing.
Section 6. Working Hours of the Prize Wheel
• 26.09.2025 (Friday): 16:30 – 19:30
• 27.09.2025 (Saturday): 11:00 – 14:00 and 16:30 – 19:30
• 28.09.2025 (Sunday): 11:00 – 14:00
Section 7. Prizes
The prize fund includes: BMW perfumes 100 ml, discounts (shopping vouchers), surprises, and samples. In case of stock depletion of a certain type of prize, the participant receives the right to an additional spin of the wheel or another prize comparable in value to the depleted one.
Section 8. Photos and Video Recording
By participating in the Game, participants agree to be photographed/filmed during the activation. The recorded materials may be used by the Organizer and Lilly solely for communication related to the “BMW Fragrances Wheel of Prizes” Game, including posting on the Organizer’s and partner’s social media. Participants will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
Section 9. Termination of the Game
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game in the event of extraordinary circumstances.

– An order is the individual request for the purchase of the selected Item/Items under the conditions stipulated on the site regarding the method of delivery and payment by the User;

Registration is recommended when shopping through the pages of www.marena7.com. It is necessary to fill in the registration fields, in which the correct data necessary for the execution of the order are indicated, such as the name of a natural person or legal entity (if you wish to issue an invoice, the EIC, MOL of the company are also indispensable), valid address, telephone number and e-mail address, and all these data will be used ONLY and ONLY for the execution of the order.

The user of the services provided by www.marena7.com expressly and unconditionally agrees to the present general conditions for the use of the website www.marena7.com
5. GDPR
The personal data that www.marena7.com requires during customer registration is used only for the service of users - confirmation and fulfillment of orders, delivery of information in the form of a newsletter and contact with users in the event of any problems related to the order of perfumes. The site www.marena7.com guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time.
